About Me

Owner/Operator

I'm a registered nurse with a passion for helping others find balance in wellness and health. I have devoted most of my career as a hospice nurse, supporting and coaching many individuals and their loved ones through the dying process.

My constant ambition in life is service and helping others activate and continually achieve their optimal potential while living from their highest self. I'm also a certified Reiki Master/Teacher. I am also a certified nurse injector, specializing in administration of neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, PRP and microneedling. I love expanding my skills and expertise in other areas of wellness, promoting and helping others achieve the best quality of life.

I grew up in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and have lived in sunny Arizona since 2015. When I'm not devoting my day to clients and patients, I enjoy my down time with flying, hiking, yoga, fitness, and spending time with family and friends. I'm a music lover and dabble with the ukulele, guitar, piano and voice.
